At MattGeckoLEDs we strive to ship orders quickly so packages arrive sooner than expected.  We ship worldwide! 

International customs; import duties are applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. 

  We accept returns up to 60 days from original purchase date and refund the money to the original payment account within 3 business days from our package receipt. 

All Return products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and / or packaging. These will need to be shipped back in the same sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

• No returns can be made on custom orders.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. 
• Returns / order cancellations are subject to an 8% fee.

Why do we have to charge an 8% fee? The company used to collect the electronic payments has a strict policy, all fees are non-refundable once payment is received, and therefore we have to charge this fee.             

It rarely happens, but if you have received a defective product, we will make it right! We exchange faulty products within the original product warranty period* with no extra cost.

MattGecko LEDs charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate (California only) and the location to which the order is being shipped.

All pricing is in US dollar.
